Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain products and services offered by LaPorto Tech require an upfront deposit to reserve time, begin custom work, or secure materials. Please review the terms below.

When Deposits Apply

Deposits paid to begin a custom order, project, or service are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time, resources, and materials already committed. The deposit amount and its non-refundable status will be clearly disclosed to you before payment is made, either on the product or service page or in a written quote or invoice.

Exceptions

If LaPorto Tech is unable to fulfill the order or service for reasons within our control, the deposit will be refunded in full or applied as credit toward a future order, at the customer’s choice.

If a project is cancelled by the customer before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees already incurred.

Deposits vs. Final Balance

Deposits are separate from final balances. Remaining balances are subject to our standard Refund Eligibility policy.
