Payment must be received in full, or where applicable a deposit as outlined in our Non-Refundable Deposits policy, before an order is processed or work begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines for physical products and delivery timelines for digital products and services are outlined in our Service Delivery Timeline policy. LaPorto Tech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds & Cancellations
All refunds, cancellations, and deposits are governed by our Refund Eligibility, Cancellation Policy, and Non-Refundable Deposits pages, which form part of these Terms.
